Research, Yeah that's it! (Part 2)
Well, I'm trying to keep the Marvel influence under control in my "A Touch of Smith and Jones" ficverse. However, because I'm mostly keeping the Iron Man movie canon intact, except for the last scene, I have to put this in!
I'm not planning to have Captain America come back to life,(Edit: yes I am) but I am going to have some fun with the fact the Shield is sitting on Tony's workstation in the movie. (It's on the left side of the shots-- you can see the star in the middle and bottom shots.)
I've already got Captain Jack picking it up the first time he meets Tony-- and noticing a dent on the rim that he knows the story behind, because he was there-- and I'll probably have Fury notice it when he breaks into the workroom to check the security records. I tried to find it when I went to see the movie the third time, but got distracted by Tony there (lol). I looked up online where the Shield was, and now that I know where to look, I won't miss it the next time I see it (Tuesday probably.) :)
